CrossFit 15-501 Foundations Course

Our Foundations course is designed for the beginner to CrossFit, and fitness programs in general, and for those with a fitness background wanting to try something challenging and new.  If you ever considered trying CrossFit but thought it would be too hard or are simply curious about what all the buzz is about this program is for you.  

In this low-cost yet comprehensive, six-week program you will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit at a very comfortable pace.  In that time, you will develop skills in strength, power, balance and agility, flexibility, and endurance. The goal is to teach you the basics to set you up for success, ensure your safety, and put you on a path to all-around good fitness and health.

Each class will consist of a warmup, learning two to three fundamental CrossFit movements, using the skills learned to complete a WOD (Workout of the Day), and ending with a cool-down and mobility work.

As you learn, progress, and improve, your fitness level and intensity of workouts will increase accordingly.  A highly-trained coach will be with you every step of the way to guide you through the process and monitor your development.  Furthermore, you will have access to a Nutritional Specialist not only to improve your performance in the gym but also to enhance your overall health. They will analyze your current nutrition, offer nutritional advice, answer any nutrition-based questions, and provide additional support as you continue your journey to good health and wellness.

Upon completion of the course, you will be prepared to join our regular CrossFit classes and participate in regularly programmed workouts, skill, and strength training sessions.  The Foundations course will set you up for success in these classes.  

In signing up for the Foundations course, you will be making a commitment to your health and committing your time and energy to it's improvement. At the same time, we will commit our time, energy, and experience to you to make the course as positive and rewarding as possible.  We want to make you a believer in the CrossFit methodology not just for those six weeks but for the rest of your life.  Therefore, we will deeply discount the cost of a follow-up, three-month membership as we want to continue to support your progress and overall health.  We want you to continue your journey with us!

Classes will be held three times per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Each session builds on the previous session so the more classes you attend the better.

At CrossFit 15-501, we feel that CrossFit is the most efficient and effective methodology to develop a healthy and fit lifestyle and want the surrounding community to experience its benefits as well.  We have drastically reduced the cost of the Foundations course in the hopes of eliminating a potential barrier to you and providing further incentive for you to enjoy the experience.  The cost is only $200 for the entire six weeks.  This is only $100 per month and a discount of over $200 from the normal six-week cost.
