Fitness Lifestyle Challenge
This challenge is aimed at helping members at every level in our gym maintain healthy habits after the holidays for the next 28 days! There will be two categories: Lifestyle and Performance. Each level will have nutrition and exercise goals to meet each day in order to earn points. The challenge begins on January 19th and ends on February 16th!
