Keep your kids active this summer with the Crossfit 15-501 Summer Camp - with 2 locations to make it even more convenient - at CrossFit 15-501 and at The Clubhouse and Parks at Briar Chapel!

Our talented instructors will help the kids learn the basics of functional fitness including proper form, how to function in a team environment, how to train for specific activities and most importantly - that fitness can be fun! 

Featuring: speed, agility, flexibility and endurance taught by certified coaches and instructors each week. All this along with healthy eating and goal setting taught by certified health and nutrition coaches to help nurture our future high school athletes and Crossfit Champions!

KIDS 8-12 -  8:00AM  - 10:30AM Monday - Friday at Briar Chapel ClubHouse and Parks

KIDS 8-12 -  9:30AM  - NOON  Monday - Friday at Crossfit 15-501 at CrossFit 15-501

TEENS 13+  1:30PM - 3:00PM Monday - Friday at Briar Chapel ClubHouse and Parks

*The Briar Chapel Program comes with one adult pass to Crossfit at 8:30 - 9:30 for the week you have a kid in the camp!
*Camps must have 3 regular paid participants or 2 regular paid and 2 sibling paid participants or camp will be combined with camps running at CrossFit 15-501.

SPORTS PREP PROGRAM

At CrossFit 15-501, we have the speed, flexibility, and strength drills to help help your student athlete prepare for Fall Sports. 

The reviews for our  past seasons have been tremendous. Parents saw more speed, increased stamina, and more strength in their kids in their sport.

This is the perfect opportunity for those kids looking to get in shape and to get ready for tryouts to gain that competitive edge.
 

FALL PREP for 9-14 year olds.
6:30pm - 8pm   MON - THURS

Baseball - Monday and Wednesday 
Football and Soccer - Tuesday and Thursday. 
5 week Program 
Starting July 24.

Fall Sports Program for Tweens and Teens

At CrossFit 15-501, we have the speed, flexibility, and strength drills to help your student make a difference on the field/court or just in life!

This is the perfect opportunity for those kids Looking to stay in shape!

We get their bodies moving and build on their previous gains.

October 30 - Dec 21 (no class on 10/31 or 11/23)

Fall Prep for 9-14 year olds | 6:30pm - 7:30 pm   Monday - Thursday

Four options for attending the classes

*Passes are for  Fall Sports Classes and are not applicable to other classes or future classes or workshops.

If added classes or training are desired, specialty personal training is available.

Baseball | Monday and Wednesday 
Football and Soccer | Tuesday and Thursday. 
5 week Program | Starting July 24.

Teen / Tween CrossFit | 6:30pm - 7:30 pm  Wednesday
